The formal request for Supreme Court review will likely be submitted this summer with the U.S. Supreme Court likely to accept or deny review of the case this fall.

Currently, our groundwater is a shared public resource. The local water agencies do not own the water, they pump, test, treat and serve groundwater to the community. DWA and CVWD also replenish the basin with imported water to keep groundwater levels from falling.
