Low-income customers who have been turned off nor non-payment are eligible for a reduced turn on fee (during business hours). Customers with a household income of 200% or less of the Federal Poverty Level qualify. If you qualify, and would like your turn of fee reduced, please submit a Request for Reduced Turn of Fee.

If you have trouble paying your bill, please look through our customer assistance resources. Our employees and vendors contribute to a fund to help customers in need pay water bills. The fund is managed by United Way of the Desert. Please contact them with questions at 760-323-2731 extension 23. You can apply for assistance online as well.
