In honor of Rethink Your Drink Day we are sharing these delicious infused water recipes for you to try at home. Infused water is a healthy alternative to sugary beverages.

These recipes are simple, just interesting fruit and herb combinations steeped in water. You get the fun flavor without all the sugar that you find in juices and sodas. These flavors are just the beginning, you can search for more or make up your own!

Lemon-Blueberry-Rosemary Water

  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 3-5 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin

-steep 4 hrs to overnight

Kiwi-Watermelon-Lime Water

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 kiwi cut into pieces
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 lime, sliced thin

-steep 4 hrs to overnight

Raspberry-Ginger-Mango Water

  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 pint raspberries
  • 1-3″ piece of ginger, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed

Lemon-Strawberry-Basil Water

  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen, cut off stems
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 4-6 large basil leaves, torn into pieces

Cucumber-Honeydew-Mint Water

  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 cup honeydew cubed
  • 1 cucumber, sliced thin
  • 9-11 fresh mint leaves, torn into peices
