Payment Options

Pay online

Enroll in autopay (you will be redirected to myDWA.org)

Pay your bill online (you will be redirected to myDWA.org)

Pay your bill using Paymentus and your credit card (you will be redirected to Paymentus.com, processing fees apply)

Check with your bank about online bill payment options. Many banks provide free bill pay options.

Auto pay

Automatic payment is available for DWA accounts. Automatic payment deducts your monthly payment from your checking account.

If you would like to take advantage of autopay service, please click here. You will be redirected to myDWA.org. This is Desert Water Agency's web billing portal. 

To discontinue this service at any time notify DWA in writing.

Telephone payments

To pay your bill via telephone, please call (866) 665-9550.

Customers may pay via Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card.

Credit card payments are only acceptable online or via telephone and will not be accepted at the Agency's office.

There is a $3.50 processing fee for every $200 paid. 

Drop off locations

Payments can be made during working hours in our main lobby, 1200 Gene Autry Trail South in Palm Springs. Working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

After hours, payments can be placed in the Water Tower payment drop box in our parking lot. All payments made at the drop box are collected at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Please do not make cash payments using the drop box.
