    • If the property is over 3,000 square feet, you also must submit flow requirements for the following in gallons per minute.

    • Domestic
    • Irrigation
    • Fire sprinkler or private hydrant
    • Fire department requirements (transmittal or on approved plans)

    • Capacity (floor plan)
    • Restroom information (how many, public or private)
    • Grease trap (written requirements from Health Department, location, size, number of chambers, model number and manufacturer)

  • Mechanical plan
  • Service facilities on plot plan (size & location)
  • Number of units
  • Written flow requirements (GPM) for:
    • Domestic
    • Irrigation
    • Fire sprinkler/hydrant
    • Fire department requirements (transmittal or on approved plans)
Sewer and water construction specifications can be purchased for $35.00 each at our offices (cash or check) and can be mailed to you for an additional $5.00 shipping fee.
