Desert Water Agency is proud to support local community organizations and public events through our Aluminum Water Bottle Donation Program. DWA provides 16 oz. aluminum twist-top bottles of water to eligible organizations to support our community at local events, helping keep people hydrated and promoting the many benefits of drinking water.
To qualify for a donation:
- The community organization or event must be nonprofit or benefit a local nonprofit.
- The community organization or event needs to be located within DWA’s service area or provide services that directly benefit customers in our service area. (To view our service area, please refer to our boundary map here.)
- Requests must be submitted at least two weeks (14 days) in advance to allow adequate planning.
The maximum donation is 10 cases (24 bottles to a case) for most large events. Donated water bottles may not be sold or redistributed to other organizations. Water bottle pickup is available Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment only. DWA reserves the right to deny donation requests or approve exceptions based on our discretion.
