CV Water Counts, a group of the local water agencies, is accepting applications for the 2018 session of a FREE program called the Water Counts Academy. Classes will be held 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Palm Desert on February 6, 13, 20 & 27 with a tour and completion ceremony on March 3 from 9:00 to 3:30.
