Desert Water Agency’s Five-Year Strategic Plan serves as a tool to guide the Agency’s operations, policies and investments from 2025 through 2030. Its purpose is to ensure the Agency can sustainably and effectively deliver water service, while considering the unique needs of the community and adapting to future challenges.

The Strategic Plan defines DWA’s mission, vision and values, and is organized around four strategic goals, each representing a core area of focus. The goals are supported by measurable objectives and initiatives that provide direction for policy and day-to-day operations that will support the Agency’s long-term priorities.
