High Bill Help

Desert Water Agency has a new program to help low-income customers that have leaks that result in high water bills.

If you:

A) Qualify for Desert Water Agency's Help2Others program (check this page: Bill Assistance)

B) had an unusually high bill (water use more than 2.5 times your average for that month) and you provide proof that you repaired a leak,

Desert Water Agency will credit your bill for the excess water use two times in a 12-month period. (For example, if you qualify for Help2Others and you get a February bill showing 70 units of water and you normally use 10 units in February, you can submit your leak repair receipts/invoices and Desert Water Agency will credit you for 60 units of water.)
