Desert Water Agency worked with United Way of the Desert (UWD) to establish Help2Others to help low-income customers pay their water bills. There was a recent update to the program which now allows DWA customers with a demonstrated financial need to apply up to twice in a year for a $50 credit.
Applications are processed by UWD and can be found at United Way of the Desert's Help2Others webpage or picked up in person at 73710 Fred Waring Dr #104, Palm Desert, CA 92260.
